Hi everyone!

This Father’s Day, I got to do something really special. I painted a portrait of Stevie, the Seeberan family’s dog! 🐶The Seeberan family are close family friends, and since Stevie is basically the star of their home it was the perfect gift for Mr. Seeberan.

🎨 Painting Stevie

I used one of my favorite pictures of Stevie where she's flopped over the couch, just being her chill, adorable self. I really wanted to capture her relaxed pose and the sweet look in her eyes. 

I painted her with acrylics and added a mix of soft greens and yellows in the background to keep it bright and happy—kind of like Stevie’s vibe! Her fur was the hardest part because she has so many different shades, but it was also the most fun to paint.

💙 The Best Part

Giving the painting to Mrs. Seeberan to surprise Mr. Seeberan for Father’s Day! .He was so surprised and happy when he saw it—and Stevie sat right next to him on the couch, like she knew the painting was about her! It made me smile so much when they sent me this picture!

🎁 Why I Love Doing This

I love painting animals, especially when they mean so much to the people around them. Stevie isn’t just a dog—she’s part of the Seeberan family. Thank you to the Seeberans for letting me paint your sweet girl, and happy Father’s Day to Mr. Seeberan!
